Data Input & Editing
Information About Graves

Before you start ...
» This is a private form for use of volunteers who are researching cemeteries for the Society. You will need two (2) passwords to submit data using this form. They will be issued by the webmaster of the Stephentown Historical Society.
» Note that your submission will not appear immediately; it must be validated and added to the computers which control the website. That usually takes about 2-3 days; all information is subject to validation and editing to assure accuracy and consistency.
» Note that fields marked with a red asterisk * are the minimum required.
· When revising an existing listing enter ONLY the data which you are changing. NOTE: if the data is in a long field (obits, comments, etc.) use copy/paste from the website to include the entire contents of the field, then edit it with your changes. What you submit is what will show on the website for that field.
· When adding a new grave try to complete as many fields as possible - especially those with gray backgrounds.
» Some fields may not apply to this grave or you may not have the requested fact; it is o.k. to leave them blank.  We prefer to have correct and documented data.
Help is available where you see this symbol. Help button.
